Field & Fork recently commissioned the talented Lucy Hackett & Ben Davis at Chichester Design to shoot some beautiful high-key food photography. The Michelin star-worthy dishes were prepared and styled by master chef Sam Mahoney in the lovely Field & Fork restaurant at the Pallant House Gallery.
Sam runs Field & Fork with his wife Janet, both of whom have received training from the experts of French gastronomy who go by the name of Roux. Their experiences of working with some of the industry’s greats has set this husband and wife team in full stead to create a unique eatery for the people of Chichester that offers a simple yet sophisticated dining experience.
