Field & Fork recently commissioned the talented Lucy Hackett & Ben Davis at Chichester Design to shoot some beautiful high-key food photography. The Michelin star-worthy dishes were prepared and styled by master chef Sam Mahoney in the lovely Field & Fork restaurant at the Pallant House Gallery.
Sam runs Field & Fork with his wife Janet, both of whom have received training from the experts of French gastronomy who go by the name of Roux. Their experiences of working with some of the industry’s greats has set this husband and wife team in full stead to create a unique eatery for the people of Chichester…

Pallant House Gallery recently held an event which Field & Fork provided their professional event catering for. Sam & Janet Mahoney of the Field & Fork restaurant commissioned Ben to photograph the event for their website which is currently in development with Chichester Design. The legendary British sculptor Antony Gormley well known for his ‘Angel of the North’ attended the event and gave an illustrated lecture followed by a sit down dinner prepared by Field & Fork.
