I was taking a look at WAYN (Where Are You Now) the other day and I was a bit baffled by the message on the sales video.  It gave the impression that the target audience are a gaggle of rich kids who go online in search of buddies to join them on their latest international shopping or clubbing expeditions.  All very nice if you have the resources but who does these days? Chichester Design clients, Field and Fork, have picked up the award for Business of the Year (five to ten employees) at the Chichester Observer awards ceremony.

The Field and Fork kitchen is lead by the talented chef Sam Mahoney and front of house is run by his wife Janet. The pair have two restaurants in the city, one in East Pallant as part of the Pallant House gallery and one in Baffin’s Court, and they serve lunches and teas by day and gourmet dishes in the evening.
