Field & Fork onlineChichester Design is proud to announce the long awaited arrival of Field & Fork’s tasty new website. This local restaurant business has already caused a stir in the local area since its launch just last year, already winning an Observer Small Business Award and gaining an excellent reputation among South Coast foodies.

Field and Fork named Business of the Year

Field & Fork LogoChichester Design clients, Field and Fork, have picked up the award for Business of the Year (five to ten employees) at the Chichester Observer awards ceremony.

The Field and Fork kitchen is lead by the talented chef Sam Mahoney and front of house is run by his wife Janet. The pair have two restaurants in the city, one in East Pallant as part of the Pallant House gallery and one in Baffin’s Court, and they serve lunches and teas by day and gourmet dishes in the evening.

Martin talks to Observer reporter Clare Hawkin about how watching his garden die from lack of rain turned him into eco-warrior/inventor producing his innovative water saving device – the ‘Droughtplug’.
