The Chichester Design team are strong advocates of the social media revolution, especially when it comes to using social networking as a means of marketing. But we’ve chatted enough about Twitter, Facebook and alike on our blog and are this time turning our attentions to Last.fm.

What’s Last.fm then?

The people at Last.fm describe it as, “a music service that learns what you love…” And this, to my mind, sums it up about right.

Last weekend (4^th July) Chichester Design’s Kate headed to Priory Park with friends and family to attend the Bavarian Beer Festival.  The set included traditional German folk tunes and some old English classics accompanied by a Bavarian oompah band with Welsh singers (!)

The ale list was plentiful and included blends with elderflower, raspberry and ginger and stereotypically the boys in our group tried a fair few varieties. The girls, on the other hand, were certain that it’s always Pimms O’Clock and headed straight to the posh bar to enjoy a few fruit-laden jugs of the good stuff.
