I was talking about Google+ the other week on the Chichester Design blog and how the company is taking another shot at a social network. This time, I want to discuss another new weapon in Google’s armoury (to take on Facebook again?), Google +1.
Google +1 is a tool much like Facebook’s “Like” button that allows people to recommend places, products, services and much more. More about mobile internet use this week. Having read about the launch of Google Wallet the other week and seen the new Barclaycard mobile payment system ad recently, my mind’s been somewhat focused on the subject and what it means for businesses and mobile advertising.
What is clear is that mobile internet use is being adopted at an incredible rate, much faster than that in the past for desktop

Chichester Design was out in full force for the SCDF fifth anniversary bash at the Oxmarket Arts Centre in Chichester. There was a good crowd and I was impressed by some of the work on display.
We did a good job on our showcase (thanks team). We had a big Mac set up showing examples of our web design and development work, including for local companies Summersdale Publishers, Harbour Cars, Vanilla Catering & Events and Rostand. We also had a few panels on the wall, including a big Chichester Design logo and an outline of our …
