Yesterday evening Kate, Ben and Simon made their way to the Ship Hotel, Chichester, for an evening of networking with the industry’s finest. They gained a chance to pick up some great tips on how to promote Chichester Design, how to build the businesses’ reputation and how to protect that reputation, and there was most definitely some food for thought.
After a networking session where we met some new SCDF members and made some excellent new contacts we settled down to an evening of infotastic presentations. First up was Louise Fenwick of Coalition Communications. Louise talked about Promotion and …

Just as we bet you didn’t know that Ben shot the photography for …

I’ve been watching some pretty interesting webinars on B2B marketing of late as it’s always good to keep up with the Jones’. Just last Thursday, as I sat there before the purple laptop of inspiration watching Paul Cash, CEO of Hurricane Marketing, give a presentation I was taken back to my marketing studies at Bournemouth University and it got me to thinking about the Chichester Design brand.
Paul’s presentation was titled “How the underdog beats the market leader” and it focused on the implications that the recession is having on established brands and how smaller businesses such as ours …
