Our friends at Ascender are not all about the high-street branding, they have hobbies too, don’t you know? In particular, Ascender’s Tony Ladd has a penchant for art with a wildlife theme.
Wherever and whatever project Tony is working on, he has never forgotten the days of growing up on his Grandfather's farm in Ditchling, West Sussex, where he learnt about the wildlife all-around him. The ultimate culmination of years of design and illustration has led Tony to produce the most amazing works of art including stunning replica bird eggs, available now as limited edition prints.
Tony has had so many commissions to reproduce his replica bird eggs that he required a website on which to sell them, this is where Chichester Design came in with our web development and copywriting skills.
To Tony’s specifications Jeremy used the Jquery zooming tool to showcase the images of his limited edition art prints and a Jquery slideshow was also used for the gallery page. Kate worked her copywriting magic on the site’s words to help Tony really get his message across to visitors. We put all this together on an e-commerce website, with products stored in a MySQL database, using Sage Pay as the payment gateway.
